Recipe - Fruit Soup

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 16-ounces of vanilla yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

LET'S GET STARTED:

Place strawberries, 8 ounces yogurt,2 teaspoons of honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a container with spout. Repeat the process with the blueberries and pour into another container with a spout. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, pour the strawberry soup and the blueberry soup at the same time into each side of a bowl to create two distinct halves.   Use a knife to create a colorful swirl design.
