HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1 potato, peeled and sliced very thin
• Salt
• Herbs, such as dill or your favorite flavoring

LET'S GET STARTED:

Place a few potato slices on parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and herbs. Microwave in batches for about 2-3 minutes until each slice is crisp.
