Recipe - Pork Chops

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 thick pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger substitute:
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

LET'S GET STARTED:

  • Stir together the dry ingredients and grated ginger in a bowl to prepare your rub.
  • Press the rub on both sides of the pork chops.
  • Place pork chops on hot grill and cook, turning occasionally until done, about 10 minutes, depending on thickness.
